At Filmmakers Global Media, we are committed to your satisfaction with our script development and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation or script review, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your service date, provided that:
- You have not yet completed substantive work implementing our recommendations
- You notify us in writing of your dissatisfaction within 30 days of service delivery
- You provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction
Refund Eligibility
The following services are eligible for refund if requested within the 30-day window:
- Initial script consultations
- Coverage and feedback services
- Structural analysis and recommendations
- Single-session consulting services
The following services are not eligible for refund:
- Multi-session development packages (after 50% completion)
- Services already delivered and substantially utilized
- Consulting sessions completed more than 30 days prior to refund request
- Refund requests for subjective creative differences (as opposed to service quality issues)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The date of service
- A description of the service received
- Your reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will:
- Review your request within 5 business days
- Contact you if we need additional information
- Issue an approval or denial within 10 business days
- Process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Cancellations
For scheduled consultations or services:
- Cancelled more than 7 days in advance: Full refund
- Cancelled 3-7 days in advance: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee)
- Cancelled less than 3 days in advance: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- No-show (cancelled less than 24 hours): No refund
Package Refunds
For multi-session development packages:
- Before first session: 100% refund of unused sessions
- After 1 session (of 3+): Refund for remaining unused sessions minus 15% administrative fee
- After completion of 50% or more of package: No refund available
Exceptions and Special Cases
In rare cases where we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond your control (such as extended illness or unavailability), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes
If you believe a refund decision was made in error or if you have questions about this policy, please contact us within 14 days of the decision. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
Policy Changes
Filmmakers Global Media reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
